The staff members were all knowledgeable and attentive. The room with kitchenettes.

Everything was great, yet we stayed for 1 night only. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a fridge. Insurgentes metro station was 10 min away.

I loved its staff and location, nice building. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities, a dining area, and a seating area in the room.

it was as expected, had a really good stay. very amicable staff and a comprehensive breakfast including variety of yoghourt, hot waffles, scrambled eggs, pastries and muffins. exceptionally clean and unforgettable hotel in roma district. moreover, it's just off subway and zona rosa and fine restaurants. there was indoor pool too.

The staff and location of this private hotel were fabulous. Pastries, eggs, sausages, cereals and hot waffles for breakfast, nice touch. Also, the area was mountain. The swimming pool was good.

I loved the fact that I chose this heavenly hotel. The staff was brilliantly helpful and were eager to help with every need. The room was cool enough and cool enough. The location in a really cool area was super and there were stores and a market nearby.
